The 6th episode of the videoKast was posted today. While everyone was here filming the video we went ahead and filmed a few episodes for the videoKast. This episode is the first on Double Dutch and covers the basics (turning, entering and exiting) as well as a fun individual trick (push-up shoot through). This will give you a taste of what you can expect to learn from the upcoming full-length Double Dutch and Chinese Wheel instructional video.
In other news, I had a great remainder of the weekend out in Alabama. I was quite tired when I got home (a case of lots of jumping and minimal sleep Sunday night) and really enjoyed resting up that day and hanging out with Alicia. Only 3 weeks left until the start of the big tour, I’ve got so much to do it’s hard to keep it all straight. Speaking of which, I best get back to it. Have a good one!
