Houston, Pt. 2

After spending most of the night talking with Dennis, I finally made it to bed at 12:30 then got up at 5:30 in order to make it to my show on time. I performed at this really neat school in The Woodlands. The kids were really into the program and I had a blast performing for them. One of the nice parts about my job is that somedays my day is over at 10:30 in the morning. Unfortunately for me, my flight didn’t leave until 7PM and I had absolutely nothing to do. Dennis had to fly out to Tampa for a program and I was left there for 8 hours twiddling my thumbs. I decided to head over to the mall and see if they had an early matinee. I ended up watching the new Spiderman movie before heading to the airport. Oddly enough, a lady that I had sat next to the night before was on the same flight out of Houston so it was almost like running into somebody I knew already. Overnight trips can be tiring, but they’re always a lot of fun.
